Next QUIZ info - 1ST FEBRUARY 2011

Just a quick heads up for you all as to the nature of next weeks quiz.....

....imagine the bastard child of the games 'Guess Who?' and 'Happy Families' and you'll be on the money....

...though probably none the wiser!

it'll be all about identification of famous figures - through descriptions and visual clues...

... think it may be quite fun!

This Sunday - Jake & Chris gonna make some noise..

We gonna bring software - keyboard, drum machine, percussion and guitar..

so if you can play or assist - it would be great to see you.

This will be every other Sunday if we can get interest..


we are looking for poets, singers, musos and producers.

scores that are really important will be:
The highest individual TURN
The highest individual GAME SCORE
The biggest win MARGIN (spread of points)
Highest value - individual word without bonuses - (bit of a wild card)

Usual scrabble rules will apply - AMBER will Oversee all rules and issues - other than games that she plays.

There will be PRIZES and huge KUDOS *bows to the new king*

From this, you CAN expect a quiz all about aliens, conspiracy theories, myths, legends & other such mysterious things..........

Should be a fun one!

Your quiz master for the evening, will, as always, be the inimitable Chris (chef/music creator/web designer/dj/vj etc....) - a man with a love of conspiracy theories new & old - don't even get him started on the World Trade Centre or the Apollo moon landings!

As usual we'll be starting proceedings at 9.30pm after the football (it's only West Ham vs. Birmingham...!)

Yep, you've guessed it....after a mini break of two weeks, quiz night has rolled around again.

The festive season has finally drawn to a close and everyone is heading back to the grindstone, so what is needed is a bit of fun to lighten the January mood.
